Onlookers flock to site of Cleveland killings (AP)

Police in Cleveland have identified Nancy Cobbs as the fourth victim whose remains were discovered at the home of suspected serial killer Anthony Sowell. Investigators say Cobbs, 43, lived just a few blocks away from Sowell. Police have found the remains of at least 11 people on Sowell's property in the past week. Cobbs disappeared four days after her 44th birthday on April 20.Sowell is being held without bond on five counts of aggravated murder. Rhonda Rose, 21, a friend of one of the victims signs the board.
