Reykjavik stock exchange plummets 76% (AFP)

Trading resumed on the Reykjavik stock exchange and plunged 76.13 percent as Iceland's econonmy continued to teeter on the brink of bankruptcy.(AFP/File/Olivier Morin)AFP - Trading was resumed on the Reykjavik stock exchange on Tuesday and the main index showed a plunge of 76.13 percent, but market officials insisted this was heavily distorted by the absence of trading in finance companies.
